Dylan Huey is part of a new generation of builders who do not separate creativity from business, culture from infrastructure, or influence from ownership. He is not simply a creator, founder, marketer, talent executive, or strategist. He is a product of the modern internet, and more importantly, someone actively building the systems that will define what comes after it.

As a creator with millions of followers across platforms under his stage name Rodin' Flash, Dylan learned firsthand how culture moves online. He saw how audiences form, how trends accelerate, and how individual voices become global distribution channels. But unlike many creators who stop at visibility, Dylan understood that influence is not the end goal. Influence is the entry point.

What makes Dylan special is that he thinks like a creator, operates like a founder, and builds like an institution. He understands the speed of internet culture, but also understands that speed without structure eventually collapses. That insight became the foundation for REACH, his for-profit company spanning marketing, talent, ventures, and studios supporting 100+ brands, 250+ creators, and equity in 25+ startups. Separately, Dylan leads REACH Nationals, the first and only collegiate influencer organization, now at 100+ universities including UCLA, Penn State, and Duke.

Dylan has been a featured speaker at TedX, Consumer Electronic Show, NAB Show, VidCon, Comic-Con, SXSW, Creator Economy Live, the Shorty Awards, and more. At 16, he was managing a roster with 100M+ followers amongst managed creators. He is also co-founder of Daisy, a content amplification platform that has raised $7.8M+ to date. He is not observing the convergence of entertainment, technology, and culture from the outside. He is building at the center of it.
